had a confirmed appointment today with Miabella for tree service estimate at rental property. took time out of my work to meet . no show, no text, no call. had they called or texted, then i would not be writing this negative review. i have been doing a lot of home property improvements lately. carpet layers, painters ,locksmiths, landscapers, fencers, no one has been late without notification, especially for an estimate.  this rating has no bearing on their actual work. however, after this, i am not interested in using this company.

And I shopped around looking for the best price to take down my big tree in my backyard Mia Bella came in over $2000 cheaper than the highest. We moved into a home that had a beautiful evergreen dominating the backyard. Or so we thought. After moving in, we found that the "tree" was actually about 6 trees that had sprouted from an older, larger stump that had been topped decades ago and left to grow in wild, twisty, patterns. We requested info from a number of arborists and tree services and had a hard time getting anyone to look at, much less work on, our project. Manuel made time for us right away and provided expert advice that helped us make the hard call to remove what would soon become a hazard to our (and neighbors) property. On the day of the removal he and his team showed up on time, worked tirelessly over many hours, and overcame some "surprise" obstacles that we didn't know about to warn him. (E.g., the various trunks were interspersed with chunks of pavement from a previous effort to bury the old stump under rock.) Despite working several hours longer than anticipated to complete a job that was tougher than expected, Miabella followed through on the entire job for the original quoted price, and cleaned up thoroughly. The entire team was polite and professional and worked incredibly hard to ensure that our yard was returned to a usable, healthy state. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We really appreciated German and his very professional crew. They did a huge tree clearing job for us last summer, to increase sunlight and reduce fire hazards. We had them back this week to do extensive tree/clearing work in our creek bed in advance of fire season. Everything looks great, they cleaned up all residual mess, and they were flexible during their time when we asked if they could do a little extra work on a couple of trees.  We highly recommend them, and will be calling them again for more tree work in the future.

Manuel and team do excellent work.  They shaped two of my trees and helped mitigate any potential fire season risk on my property.  Our HOA used them to clean up multiple areas in the open space.  Fair prices, quality work, on time, and best of all they thoroughly clean up after themselves. I had a few trees to remove and trim, including three tall and big ones to remove. Manuel gave fair quote. And the crew arrived as expected. The crew is very experienced and efficient. The most important is that they are very professional especially the crew leader. They did the work strictly according to their standards even though Manuel was not here. I really like how this team has been managed and working together. With Miabella, you don't need to worry about if work is half-done or done less than expectation. This is a must-recommend service. Tomorrow the crew will come to do the final clean-up. But, I cannot wait to provide my 5-star review before the project is done. Home Advisor provided three tree services to bid on my project. I settled with Miabella to cut down a tree approximately 40' tall and have the stump removed as well. The crew came with covid protocols in place at the time scheduled, worked well together to ensure branches being cut would avoid damaging any surrounding areas. Upon completion of hauling away the tree debris the entire area was cleared and left very clean. About a half hour later the stump person, owner Manuel Chavez came and did an amazing job getting the stump chopped up at least a foot below dirt level and also left area very clean for my tenants. Their bid was at least 25% plus lower from the other quotes. I highly recommend Miabella for your tree projects.  Took about 3 hrs total. Muchos Gracias Manuel and crew.
